$250 is a bit steep but the bottle is pretty cool. I bought one for my shelf. More of a conversation starter than anything else.

No, that one isn't aged. It is closer to this one: Nosotros Tequila Reposado 750mL
Only the Tesla version is aged an extra 4 months.
Tequila name cannot be used by Tesla. Mexico can sued for using the word Tequila. That is why other companies call their Tequila Spirits instead.
So $40 tequila pus fancy bottle and stand = 6x markup

Agree. I want to buy a few bottles for me, and friends. It's oos at this time. Hopefully it's available again before the holidays...

Selling out quickly doesn't surprise me at all. They probably only made a barrel or two of it. (Figure 250-350 bottles per barrel.) And it is aged for almost 1.5 years; so unless they have more in process I wouldn't think they would have more available soon. It could just be the normal Nosotros Reposado aged an extra four months. So maybe it won't be too much longer before they have another batch available. (Assuming they make more.) Of course that would mean having more, hand blown, bottles made as well.
