I think it will bring a new crowd into the brand that may have not considered a tesla. I believe the early holders will be jumping on it.

5btc back in 2016 would have costed about $2500. Now that can pay for a new roadster when released

Just another marketing ploy by the carnival-barker-in-charge.

If the company can only make a profit from selling energy credits, I suppose Bitcoin could help the bottom line at some point.

But just think if the company invested 1.5 Billion in its service network and infrastructure... oh yeah... that's too boring for these guys.

Bitcoin is an environmental energy usage NIGHTMARE. 1 transaction takes 660KWh. Could go 2500+ miles in a Model 3 with that! 1 transaction is the same energy as over 694,000 Visa transactions. Seems wrong for a company trying to get off fossil fuel for carbon and global warming reasons would even touch crypto.
