Tesla Tryi g to get out of order agreement

Reserved MX Jan 2021, reviewed order agreement and have been patiently waiting ever since. Like everyone else, I start seeing deliveries of MX 6 seater and start getting excited that I'll get the call. Nope I get an update in my Tesla account that my MX is no longer available and I'm subject to a 20k price increase or they will cancel my order. I'm blown away.. I've reached out to my sales rep many times over the last few months trying to get an update but no answer, then I get this update!??
What the heck can I do?
 
I assume you ordered before the Refresh announcement and $10,000 price increase.

In March you should have received an Email that looked like attached (look at date and time of my email). It included revised pricing (+$10,000-$2,000). You had to accept this new agreement at that time.

If you ignored the email, then your January agreement has expired and you are considered to be placing a new order today.
