Getting close to the 50MA in AH trading, as TSLA (-3.38%) follows futures (NASDAQ -3%) down.
And yet the QQQs are down only 0.28%.

How that work?

I do not see futures down 3%. I see the Nasdaq down 3%. I see Nasdaq futures at the moment basically flat.

Which of course begs the question: Why TSLA down so much after hours?

I think we actually passed it, I think the 50 day average is 369.21

Tomorrow's definitely going to be interesting.

Google says 360

I believe the 50 day SMA is 362 so we are a few dollars from that. Even last week when we dropped to 325 we bounced off the 50 day MA as the chart above shows, ignoring the AH action.

Yup definitely aware AH's doesn't mean anything in terms of passing certain technical or anything like that.

The after hours action does make it seem like there's going to be an assault on the 50 MA tomorrow. I'm looking to position myself on the stock bouncing off of the 50 average and moving higher whenever it does happen tomorrow

To be fair, this is accurate reporting. "Tesla could struggle to implement some of its battery advances". This is true, and very different to other auto companies, who will not be struggling, as they have sod-all battery advances to implement...
strong HOLD here. (and bought a few extra today).
