It's not 2x, it's more

In the 4th quarter, we registered one accident for every 2.91 million miles driven in which drivers had Autopilot engaged. For those driving without Autopilot, we registered one accident for every 1.58 million miles driven. By comparison, NHTSA’s most recent data shows that in the United States there is an automobile crash every 436,000 miles.*

It's 2.91/0.436=6.7

I think lower accident rate w/o Autopilot is helped by the Forward Collision Warning / Automatic Emergency Braking.

Not what I expected, considering how it began. Nearly $10 down from the day's high, but also 8 up from day's low.

Solar panels do pretty during hurricanes/typhoons if secured properly. Having off-grid solar will be a huge advantage post-typhoon if the power goes out. Solar Energy Largely Unscathed by Hurricane Florence’s Wind and Rain
