Indeed, Toyota seems to have been working on this small electric SUV project for months now. Back on Dec 7, 2020 we saw this headline:

Toyota Is Finally Joining the Electric Vehicle Market with a European EV

An electric crossover is being primed for Europe first, with a U.S. model coming soon.

Chances are, Toyota has been partnering with Tesla to develop this product for months, as yesterday's News article suggested. This adds more credibility to the story, IMO.

Looks like engine 2 had issues on ascent & didn’t reach operating chamber pressure during landing burn, but, in theory, it wasn’t needed. Something significant happened shortly after landing burn start. Should know what it was once we can examine the bits later today.
