You are getting close on pulling a Neroden so lets capitulate and move on.
I think he's being pretty rational. Big changes will upset people. Tesla is disrupting a large part of the world economy. This is just the backlash from this realization starting to sink in.
You guys are over thinking this. Election month is coming up so yeah expect political attacks of all kinds everywhere.
Yes, Elon has plenty of good friends like that. But he built Tesla and SpaceX anyway.

Just thinking out loud here....maybe the snub of Tesla from almost every POTUS speech on EV's has gotten to Elon finally. That and everything seemingly constantly against Tesla and himself. Does he dig his own grave sometimes? Sure, who doesn't? This market is def a waiting game and $TSLA will rocket again in due time....just have to tune out all the short term noise...IMO of course.

Have to say, it's very disappointing to see dems use Trump's tactics because it's effective(voter turn out is Dem's biggest problem but hate and division yield turn outs as Trump has proven). This is no longer the Obama dem I love which the slogan used to be "when they go low, we go high. " Now it's "if they go low, we kick them while they are down" from both parties.
May or may not be the case. I seriously think he has some mental health problem. I got this feeling of him started last Nov.
To me this is the ultimate divide the oil industry PR has achieved. They will be proud of themselves.

He's gone off the rails lately. Everything is a liberal attack.
Granted, there are progressives bad mouthing him, but Republicans have been doing that for years.

Seems futile to wade into the game of politics which is mostly for entertainment purposes and in which there are no winners. It seems unnecessarily divisive to pick a side in such a game.
Something has happened. To say this after the Buffalo massacre by a guy who believed the Great Replacement Theory pushed by Republicans and right wing media is just bizarre beyond bizarre. Oh wait the Democratic party wants rich to pay more taxes and is fearful that twitter could be weaponized for more attacks and coup attempts.
