I think it was sooner than that when you look at total sales by vendor. GM and Ford peaked sometime around 2016. Jeep and some other Stellantis brands have been bleeding share for a few years.

Current forecast should be above 20% auto gross margins and $47k ASP (those were thresholds that were asked, could be higher)

Then I remembered that I already planned on them delivering less than 10k trucks this year regardless.
Did they confirm this on the call?
Good question. They must have a good reason though?
Could be that a good portion of the cash theyh have is made in China, and can not "leave the country"..
Elon: really closer to 2 million production for the year if no big disruptions unlike previous years.

Guidance for 2023 can now be considered: 1.8m (official) -> 2m (if no major problems)

This keeps coming up, and yet no one has been able to provide any evidence that "profit in China has to stay in China". What's your source? Let's get to the root of things here.
