Tesla Vehicle Data

Does anyone know what happens to the data collected about our travel patterns and location information? Is this information available to 3rd party entities?

If only there were some sort of written terms and conditions available that you could read and find out.....

Something like page 199 of the current Model Y user manual (I'm sure it's in all manuals but I have a Y and don't care to look at the manual for every car).

Perhaps even an area of their website dedicated to legal information......
