Driver using 5 hand position after activating AP. Not sure if left hand is in 7 position or on her lap.

Obviously she moved her hands from the 10 / 2 hand positions after activating AP.

No, those lines and boxes (and the pixels on the road surface) are a post-production overlay made during editing phase of the video; AFTER it was shot, and BEFORE it was posted.
