I've dealt with Tesla Approved Body Shop - Owings Mills Collision Center

but now Tesla also has a body shop next door.

Where would you go and why?

Tesla's "service" 143908587_407611657007853_3016897640508526434_n.jpg sends my stress level to 11. between the lack of a phone number, updates, etc.

stick with Safford or no?

We were directed to a local approved body shop here in ATL and I’ll tell you there attention to detail, normal customer service gestures like answer calls and keeping us updated through the entire repair process was well worth it.
Did a video on the experience.

I know this has been a while ago but how long did safford take to repair your Tesla? Mine is scheduled to go in for repairs (front bumper) next week.

about 3 days to fudge it up, then another 2-3 to make it right. They painted another white car too close to my drying bumper and it had a nice grey fade at the edges. I had them take it back off and redo it all. Now it's correct. I did find some rougher area around the headlight, but I wet sanded it, and then used a random orbital to buff it perfect. My buddy was the recon manager at Audi/Porsche and tells me what to use/how.

I swear a chipmunk could do better work than I see from most places anymore.
