Tesla vs. Michigan

In the past 2 months, Tesla opened 4 new superchargers and has 4 more under construction in Michigan (5 if you count the one in Toledo at Michigan‘s border).

I wonder if Tesla is trying to make a political statement against the state of Michigan by focusing on building the infrastructure here at a faster pace than any other state.

Perhaps - it was the one reason I held back purchase of a tesla until this late summer. Once I saw the Lansing location being built, I knew I could safely travel the West/East coordinator without having to use the AA location out of my way when visiting clients in The greater Detroit area from GR.
