I have a one year old Model3LR which has more problems than I wished for. Squeaky noise in the back seat, a seat belt stuck, camera warnings. Tesla fixed the noise problem before, and when they fixed the back seat belt issue the noise came back. However when I brought that up again, they refused to fix it unless I pay for it stating that Tesla's warranty only covers noise problem for six months. I couldn't find any reference to this in their warrany agreement documents. Only part that has '6months' is this;
Coverage Period - Roadster Used Parts
This Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty begins on the Used Part(s) purchase date and provides coverage for the period of 6 months or 6,000 miles (10,000 km), whichever comes first.
I don't think this is about the car noise, but I was wondering if anyone else has heard about this rather arbitrary sounding limitation. Thanks.
