Tesla?? Who makes the Tesla?

Ferraris and Lambos are a dime a dozen out here and people know that Tesla's are different and cool. It's too easy for someone w/ money to go buy a Ferrari or Lambo. Buying a Tesla signifies you're a forward thinker and not a follower.

That's what I thought too, and I thought other people would "recognize." Sadly, around here, people like loud smokey cars that jerk when you change gears.

I'm in Texas and this evening while driving to dinner, some guy in his pickup truck was tapping on the side of his door to get my attention at a stop light. He said "awesome car man!" and the we drove off. Most people down here don't know what it is though and they still think it's cool looking. Also today I got a "Is that a Ferrari?"
