I'll actually do you one better and say they won't actually cancel cap and trade very soon, there are many partners and other jurisdictions and the province is federally mandated to have a system for carbon pricing. I believe cap and trade will be replaced with something else which will also need to be established.
Secondly other car manufacturers take the rebate off the purchase price of the car then apply for the rebate on the customer's behalf. All those manufacturers like GM and chrysler would just be SOL?
Third, The campaign also stated that existing orders would be grandfathered.
And it's the PCs.... They lose elections. They're trying their hardest to make me not vote for them, not sure I'm going to let them! Lol
