I just finished installing it and it only works if I unplug the cable and then plug it back in. So basically, every single time I go inside the car, I have to unplug and then plug it back it for it to work. Sigh. Do you guys have any issues with this? wireless charger.PNG

I installed mine several months ago and haven't had any issues. You might want to try plugging the USB cable into a cigarette lighter adapter to rule out a power issue with the Tesla USB ports.

    Thanks, that did the trick.

But now I wonder what's wrong with my (2) USB ports. Both can charge my phone using a USB cable but for some reason has issues with the wireless charger. I suppose using the cigarette adapter is a better option anyways since I still need to use one of the USBs for sentry mode.

    Thanks again! Merry Xmas!

You're welcome. Also, depending on which phone you have, you can get higher-powered (20 or 30W) cigarette lighter adapters than the built-in Tesla USB ports. So it can be a win-win using the adapter. Adapter Link

I thought I recall reading this part was only supported on one of the two USB ports. Just an idea, but does the issue crop up on both ports?
