Tesla y 2022 makes clicking noise driver side front when the heating fan is on

Hi

So I'm kind of stuck my car was in for service few times. My car started to do a rattling noise which sounds like a woodpecker. Tesla cannot locate the problem I thought that maybe somebody had the same issue and can help me. The car does it when the heating fan is working if I switch off the heating fan the noise is away. Tesla is saying is not the heating fan bearing.

My early 2022 MYP makes this sound when it is raining hard or I have been going over streets with lots of water on them from recent & current rain. Never hear it in dry weather. Hard to reproduce since I live in a place where it rains a few times per year.

Wondering if anyone found a solution to this? Same problem. Occurs very sporadic, about once per month. Mine isn't rain related though.

I also have the exact same sound while heat is on. Its super annoying. My 2023 Model Y, is only 3 weeks old. If anyone hears of what this is, please let us know. Thanks
