Tesla Y model sends premature charge complete messages to Zappi 2

Since installation of my Zappi 2 a month ago I have been unable to charge the Tesla using PV only without the Zappi ending the charge and the log showing a charge complete message even though the Tesla battery can be as low as 50%. I have tried various settings using ECO and ECO + and tried setting the.car charge as low as 7 amps. I thought the issue was associated with passing clouds but even with PV levels remaining above 3kw and a batttery back up on the PV side the problem remains. Charging on Fast appears OK and I have no problems at superchargers. My next move is to connect a vauxhall EV to my charger but any suggestions will be appreciated.
