Hard to tell for sure but it looks like you were sitting in the left lane (passing lane) for a while... I hate seeing that from other cars.

I did get some satisfaction one time when someone passed me on the right shoulder (even though the left lane was open!!) then swerved back across to the left from the right shoulder across two lanes into the left shoulder and straight into the woods finally being stopped by a tree. The next day I read in the local Patch that she was arrested at the scene for DWI. Worst part... it was 8:45am on a weekday

This was exactly my thought before I saw the OP was from Texas. And I'm saying this having spent my entire driving life in socal and on LA/OC/SD freeways.
Plus I think you are not allowed to pass using exit lane (ramp). At that point, for those who are not exiting, it effectively became single-lane and no passing is allowed.

You've never driven in Lubbock. There, SOP is to drive on the highway like you're looking for an address.
It's literally every drive you make here in Houston that at least one person does something incredibly stupid near you.
TeslaCam still doesn’t work on Model 3 & Y, the Sentry mode does on occasion, what memory card are you using?
