Here's a Tesla event in Ontario about the man, not the car but interesting nonetheless...
But reading the description it sounds like the organizers have recruited local Model S owners to show up with their cars. Very appropriate. Are you going? I recall you are in Hamilton, is that right?
I live near Toronto, but Niagara Falls and back is easily done on a charge (I was there just this past Tuesday on business). I don't know a lot about it, but they did reach out to the Southern Ontario Tesla Owners Club to see if there was any interest. Apparently, there is a Tesla Motorcycle Club (who knew!) that is going. I might go. I've been to the Falls many times, but honestly don't remember ever seeing the Tesla monument there.
The first thing that popped into my mind was the same thing...I don't remember a Tesla monument there. Though I probably wasn't looking for it at the time.
There is a statue there, but I have never seen it...I think that islandbayy was making a video about it a few months back...
Regardless, I think that I am free that weekend, so I will probably attend...is anyone planning to attend ?
I believe that the statue is actually near the Sir Adam Beck Generating Station outside the city along the Niagara Parkway.
