While I believe this is a very positive message do we even know that Tesla has provided NTSB with the documents requested?
Tesla information wasn't due until January so for all we know the NTSB hasn't even started their review yet. Lets not get jump to conclusions too soon.

I apologize in advance but why is this even a story? Was it the fires that made NHTSA make a statement about the 5star rating? I didn't ever know the 5 star rating was in question.
