Because of the weird "purchase out of State, then ship in", are Tesla first-owners still covered under Texas lemon laws? Is it covered under a different State (say, CA)? Both?

Anyone here go through this, or know of anyone that has tried to go through the lemon laws, or have any insight on this?

Depends on the selling and resident state laws. You might have a choice.
