I have an order placed for a 7 seater set. Will you ship out the first and second rows soon and then ship the 3rd row in December or is the whole order on hold until December because it’s a “7 seater” order?

You’re both all set! We just got our inventory in Yestday! So we should start shipping out later this week. I will be posting a thread shortly.

Just an FYI, we were alerted that delivery will occur on the 26th. I have not heard anything for several days except on the tracker where it would say it will be delivered on the next day every day. I finally had enough of this waiting game and contacted the shipper and they were not able to deliver because no one at the warehouse was answering to schedule a pick up. I immediately booked delivery and received inventory late last night. Right now we are in the middle of sorting and kitting and will ship out shortly! We finally made it guys!

I gave up and *tried* to cancel my order to get a refund. I emailed them and sent them messages on Facebook. Pretty much went ignored. Had to request a credit card dispute.

Took my business elsewhere.
