My Model Y delivery date just got moved for the third time from February 7th to March 7th, to February 20th to March 8th. I’m excited to get my car. I am glad I held back selling my BMW until I get my new Tesla.

hello folks, we ordered our MYP (Red, black interior, 21" uberturbine wheels, five seater, tow, No FSD on January 04 @ Devon, Pennsylvania location. Our Estimated Delivery is between February 18 - March 04. We haven't seen the VIN or heard from Tesla yet. However, we did get a message from Tesla asking if we have a trade-in. eagerly awaiting.

YMMV but plan on that estimate to get pushed back several times.

My order date is 11/2, I was supposed to originally get my car on 12/28-12/31 and I am still waiting. There are people on here who ordered in early October who still aren't assigned VIN numbers. YMMV but plan on that estimate to get pushed back several times.

oh oh... the only difference is our date moved up by a week instead of getting pushed out. Hence was asking that question.

That is exciting! I have never seen the EDD move forward a single time during my wait so here is hoping it sticks!

146 days since order date, 9/15/21.
EDD 2/17 to 2/23.

Does anyone know how long after you get your VIN do they contact you to schedule the pick up date? I have some previously scheduled medical appointments within the 7 day EDD, and so I'd need to reschedule those ASAP.

How can you determine the build date? Is the VIN assigned the day the car was built?

I still don't understand how Tesla is handling production right now. There are people who ordered in October still waiting for cars but January orders are being filled? Who the **** is running this *sugar* show?
