Can you report in on quality when you get them? I am waiting for the 3D maxpiders but may get something in the meantime.

Got my shipping confirmation for the mats. I don't even have a car or VIN yet...Thanks for the code, decided not to buy the frunk mat since that plastic piece seems simple to remove and rinse off when needed.

very nice, are these pics with or without the carpet mats underneath?
looks like without. with the carpets underneath, the all weather mats would be slightly raised and won't sit as flush (check out how flush the driver side is)
That being said, I'll wait for @zackmilo for a more accurate answer

How does the material feel in general? From the pictures, they look like a cheap Rubbermaid trash can with how glossy they appear. I would prefer something that was closer to a heavy rubber.

Just got mine in today, and I previously had 3D Maxpider mats for my i3.

No doubt the Maxpider mats are higher quality material. The Tesmanian mats are a flexible hard-ish plastic with a little texture (a Rubbermaid bin actually isn’t a bad analogy), unlike the multi-layer design that the Maxpider mats are. The Maxpider mats also have a much higher quality looking texture. Still, I do not think the Tesmanian mats will *function* any worse, since they still have a very functional high lip and the material will keep water and dirt in the mat and off your floor.

That being said, my total for the Tesmanian mats was ~$170 for front, back, and cargo, which is somewhere around half the cost of the Maxpiders.

I’m definitely happy enough with the Tesmanian for the price, but absolutely wait for the Maxpider if you want a higher quality material or look.
