Is there an easy way to test the condition of cells in a battery pack still attached to the car sitting in a scrap yard?
Assuming the impact of the crash caused the pack to be isolated (which I gather it does) how long will a pack at, say, 25% SOC last without intervention before irreperable damage is done due to over-discharge? I sssume the BMS still draws power in this scenario - even if very small? MW
