E-mailed about delivery date availability in late Feb.
Completed payment, on insurance screen waiting for VIN since first week of March.
Been in contact with Delivery Adviser, says just waiting for VIN.

3 weeks? 3 months minimum and more likely 6 months. Not sure Tesla will be able to survive this.

At 1430 Central on 18 March, MSNBC reported the factory was still open, and Elon had emailed everyone with a stay home if you are ill message, but he was coming to work and the factory would remain open for the nonce.

yes, you need to pay the amount and then a local delivery person from Plano will call you for the delivery confirmation

In states that Tesla can't sell directly to, you have to pay before delivery or before they begin to move the vehicle towards the delivery area. I'm in Louisiana & had to do this for my M3 this year.

Yes, They told me to pay off first ( Scan copy of check and tracking #), then they will ship the car to Plano.Tx.

I ordered Jan 2020, still no VIN. I also have an order for an AWD which was placed on the date of the reveal with no movement. Tried reaching out to my delivery adviser last week with no response. I don't think we are getting our cars as promised in March.

Congrats! I wonder if they are spreading the car around in Texas. Makes sense to deliver a few to various markets vs saturating one market.
Anyone in Houston get a LRAWD in the last few days or planned in the upcoming days?

My pick up was scheduled on the 26th in Houston. They have now pushed it back to the 30th.

White AWD, Black interior, 20" rims, FSD, VIN:23xx

I'm in Houston, Texas, and will have model Y (Long Range, 20" Induction wheel, FSD) delivered this Saturday 03/28. My order date was 03/02/2020 (then 03/09/2020 I added the Induction wheel). Received VIN number last Thursday 03/19/2020. Completed all steps, and the current Next Step is Prepared for Delivery.

Weird thing is I haven't received Trade-in packet from Tesla, even though all other steps/paperwork were completed. Not sure if I will receive the packet in upcoming days, or if I need to do that packet at the delivery center on delivery date. How about you guys, who are taking delivery this week?

Im fairly confused. I emailed the Tech and he said its possible for an EOQ delivery if I fully fund the purchase... but he said possible and didnt even give me a delivery date.... Did yall have to go through this too? Im surprised how disjointed all of this is, but I guess Ive got to give them break considering everything that is going on.

Don't know. I ordered the car, gave them the trade-in information (and the other needed information), paid the money, got a text delivered delivery date (this month). The date also shows up on the website. Seemed pretty organized to me.

i'm on the same page with you. However, my pickup date is this Saturday, and they haven't sent me the Trade-in packet via FedEx. Have you received and completed that packet?
