Texas Net Metering Question

Well, we are getting closer to having an install date (12.24 Kw system) so I have to start thinking about who will be my electric company. Currently I am with Tri-Eagle who does not offer net metering and the plan I am on would not work. It does not look like I can use MP2 as they do not offer it where I live (utility company is Texas-Mexico, not Oncor). So I am somewhat limited. Is Green Mountain or Reliant better? Are there options I have not seen? Who is using what in Texas.
