Text messages and music volume

So I just got my MYLR coming from an M3. In my 3, when a text arrived the music would lower the volume until after the text was read. In my Y it doesn’t seem to do this? Is this a software version issue? My new Y is on 2022.20.101. Little annoying trying to pick out the text words in the midst of the music

My 2022 Model 3 has the same issue, all I can do is crank up the text reading to be louder than the music.

So I was reading some other threads and it seems like you can do an adjustment during the notification only so when you first get a notification for a second or two you can scroll volume up or down and it will affect the text reading volume. You have to “text yourself “ from another phone etc. tried it and it worked

Yes, you can turn up the text reading.
But if the music is somewhat loud, I don’t want the text read even louder.
For now I am muting the music before I push to read text.
