Texting Issue

When I receive texts I can reply through the UI with no issue except for my wife’s texts. When I reply to her texts it just doesn’t send anything. If I go into my phone nothing shows up in the thread, I have to text her through my watch. This only happens with her for some reason and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I have an iPhone and both of our phones are updated to the latest software version. If anyone has any idea what might fix this please let me know.

I don’t, I’ve even deleted her as a contact and re-added her and it still won’t work.

Is she using the standard messaging app that comes on her phone and not facebook messanger, whatsap, or any other messaging app? The tesla wants the standard messing app.

Yeah she's using the standard messaging app. Her messages come through the UI, but when I reply and then send they don't actually send. We just got new phones today so I'll test it out later and see if it's fixed.
