THC_w0016 Alert - AC out and not able to charge without Loud Cranking sounds

Got the Alert below and no longer able to use AC or charge at home without loud cranking sound from front of car.

Just took into service center, seems like its AC compressor? But the sound seems worst than what i've seen online, video attached.

Just curious if anyone else encountered this before
