My TuneIn app has disappeared from my car

Tried to reset the car but it still didn’t come back. Has anyone else’s TuneIn disappear?

Open a service request with a software problem and Tesla ought to be able to fix it remotely, from what I've read on other threads. Other people have said a factory reset fixes it, but that's a bit drastic.

I’ve done that, they asked some questions yesterday and said they’ll look at it remotely but it’s been radio silence since then

TUNEIN gone!

I just noticed that my TUNEIN selection is gone! Now I can't listen to my favorite podcasts. Tried a screen reset, nothing. 2021.24.28 version. Anyone have any ideas how to restore it? Thank you!

I'd use it a lot more if it still had BBC on it..

It still has BBC Podcasts on there, I use it to listen to NewsCast and the football daily

Tesla pushed a firmware update (the same version I had installed) but it still hasn’t fixed it so they’re still investigating as it’s apparently a “rare issue”

Tried doing the two button reset but with the brake pedal pressed down and that’s fixed the issue. Maybe I should become a Tesla tech?
