The EL0N easter egg..

So, I'm picking up my Model 3 Performance tomorrw morning, and I just wondered how many people, if any, have the EL0N easter egg in their VIN. It was the first thing I saw when my VIN was allocated....

I saw an article about a Model Y from Shanghai also had it. Any others?

About 9% of 2022 Model 3 Performance vehicles should have the 'EL0N' designation.

The E L and N all refer to features of the 2022 Model 3 Performance.

E Battery chemistry, NMC/NMA
L Performance motor
N 2022 model code

This should cover all region models as the Shanghai code is elsewhere in the VIN.

The special '0' is the checksum digit. One of eleven values, hence the 9% figure.

So you are only 9% special. Though if performance cars are only 10% of Tesla model 3s maybe you are part of the 1%.
