Regarding the incentive for free charging for deliveries through December 31st, does anyone know if it includes charging at Tesla's destination chargers? Or, does it only apply at the more limited Supercharging centers?
Tesla is not have anything to do with destination charging, this is the business that is supply the power so no that would not include destination charging, only Tesla Supercharger stations.

SuperCharger Stations are actually owned by Tesla (the corporation).
Destination chargers might be owned by the land owner or hotel or apartment, etc.
I actually don't know if Tesla actually owns any of the destination chargers you speak of.
Compared to MSRP, insurance costs, parking, seems the cost of electrons is at the very bottom of your tesla vehicle costs - and mostly useful just on trips away from home. You usually charge your Tesla same place you charge your phone while you sleep. (few want to wait for a vehicle to charge).
