So I have to tell you, I'm more than a little disappointed with the Tesla Nav. On a recent trip from Oklahoma to Houston, I discovered that Texas and its preference for service roads over cloverleafs can mess up the fastest route. TL;DR; The southbound navigation to the Corsicana and North Houston Superchargers send you on a miles long detour through one of our 'turn-back' maneuvers to reach the Supercharger by making a long-winded U-Turn. 95% of the time, a destination is reachable, here in Texas, by leaving the highway earlier, and using a minor road (or even an alley) to access the last 100-200 yards to a fast charge. So, consider these 'back way' entrances to both Corsicana and Houston. Houston is the least pretty way to arrive, but if you can tolerate driving through a lot substantially filled by trucks (I think the gas station, Stripes, caters to truckers), then you save two miles (and by my estimates 3-4 minutes), getting a charge.

All routes are Southbound on I-45

Should take the Hwy-287 Exit to enter back way. 1 mile shorter than Google.

Need to take Exit 63 when SB on I-45. Then left on Airtex and an immediate right into the alley behind the Stripes Gas Station. 2 miles shorter than Google. Try this, more direct route: http://bit.ly/Pass-stripes-turn-right
