I see it as a problem, that Tesla releases private information to the press, when it suits Tesla, but refuses to send the logs to the customer, when she or he asks them.

I tend to agree with this sentiment, but I fear that privacy is not really going to exist in the near future. There is so much information available and the amount and detail of that information gets more extensive every day.
