The Happiness Guarantee...anyone?

I doubt they will and if they do, i won't entertain it anyhow.

They know they have problems with the X. Keep us posted as I'll be surprised if they don't try to make you a very special deal to keep you in the car.

Walked in today, signed the paperwork and was out of the SC in about 10 minutes. Pretty straightforward process on their end.

Now the wait until our second Model S shows up in a month or so.

I have yet to read of anyone actually using the "Happiness Guarantee" and returning their Tesla. Anyone? Anyone have what they would call a "lemon" that they regret not returning when they had the chance?

You don't hear about it because of NDA's but that said I an tell you Tesla will stand behind your car. I'd go up the corporate ladder ASAP and get them to light a fire under service. Giving back the car should be a LAST resort. That said, remember tesla isn't your regular car. It has so many sensors etc that it is VERY unusual for you to get stranded... it tells you BEFORE hand which to some makes the car seem unreliable when on your gas car it would've just been a hidden code fixed at regular service. (Ever notice how long that list is when you thought everything was fine?)
