The Last Roadster in North America

    Here she is: VIN 1464, the last Roadster to be built for the North American market:

    Yes, those are Gray and Orange seats in a Red car. But, that's the way the person who bought it wanted it.
    And yes, those racing stripes visually interfere with the exterior carbon fiber. But, that's the way Tesla designed it.

    BTW, VIN 1463 is still for sale. Same exterior, but interior is a light gray.

    The Tesla people I spoke with believe that both cars will not see much of the road, but will spend their lives in indoor garages.

    The door sills look custom. Not plastic or carbon fibre?

    Doh! Just realized the sills aren't there, and that is just the metal base. I guess they haven't been installed yet.

    BTW, just wanted to confirm from the picture that even the last Roadster for NA did not have the HID headlights as standard equipment.

    Maybe they'll swap them in before delivery.
