Traditionally the fastest version of a Tesla model usually does not include the time it takes to travel from 0 to 1 foot. The other models include it. I doubt the Cybertruck would be treated differently.

I might have explained it in a non traditional way. I voted for with rollout.
I re-read your post. You are correct,I definitely misread your reply (double-negative ish?). Said more conventionally, Tesla generally uses the 1-foot roll-out to emphasize their fastest (ludicrous or performance) models as it results in the lowest time. The use of 1-foot roll-out is commonly used in the industry. Other than on their fastest models, they generally don't use the 1-foot roll-out on their reported timings.
