The bumper is drooping. Look at the gap under the headlights.

I think that is some sort of prototype bumper cover.
I recall seeing them take the front bumper cover off before, probably as they tested/worked on the prototype drive-train.
So, I still don't see a sure indication of any sort of accident... Just that they weren't super careful the last time they reattached the front bumper cover.

Yes the hood was open so that I could get a picture of the PEM inside - no crash

At the Toronto auto show there was a sign on it saying that the fit and finish of the car is not up to normal Toyota specifications, and it will be different in production. Probably something to that effect.
