We think we got a awesome look here with this 2016 Tesla Model S P90D. We lowered it by 1.5" using lowering links which we typically keep in stock. The wheels we have installed are brand new and are the first to be on any Tesla. The wheels are called Vossen HC1 Forged Wheels. The finish is called "Midnight Smoke", but we like to call it "Black Chrome". It has a very nice translucent and reflective finish. We opted these in 21" to maintain the factory ride. We worked with Vossen to get the perfect offsets for the wheels to make them appear bigger than they really are. It closes the gap between the fender height and makes the wheels more flush to the fenders. Hope you guys like it because we are in love with it! It is a nice classy/sporty look without being too over the top and ghetto looking. ;)

We do usually keep wheels in stock if anyone is interested and we can do special orders as well. EVS Motors is the largest selling Vossen Wheels Forged Dealer in the South! :) We make deals that anyone can be happy about!

Kind of cool, but not my cup of tea. I like the grey turbines and arachnids better. Just too much disc and calipers showing with these. Maybe they would grow on me. I think they would rock on my Lexus.

And you might be able to replace your brake pads without taking your wheels off. Although it's a Tesla, so not much of an advantage.

Weird question, but is the hood and lower part of the hatch matte color? Assumed it was wrapped? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

We used a stealth matte clear wrap, it is not a matte black vinyl wrap.

They look like tuning forks. Not a fan.

Can a wheel be too open? Haha, there is so little visible wheel that the car appears to levitate. The stance and offset are great for that "I'm too classy to be a ricer" effect.

The profile of the tuning forks are not correct for that car. They are drawn too sharp. This car is meant to be extremely aerodynamic. The profile of the tuning forks should be smooth like an airfoil to match.

Otherwise, the job is well executed! Well, done!

We have many wheel designs if you don't like these. We also have turbine/twist designs too. Thanks!

Awesome! Where can I find the turbine designs? I looked at your web site and I didn't see them.

Dumb non-tire question here... what are the black brake caliber looking things on the back disks? (seen on the second image at around 10:00 on the disk) whatever it is, is not on the front brakes...)

Huh, I would have thought the regen was part of the motor, not the breaks... shows you what I know... :)

Maybe you're right. Maybe it's a separate parking brake.

That's the parking brake. That's the whirring you hear when you shift in and out of Park.

We are an exclusive dealer for Vossen, so we can hook you up with designs that were just released at SEMA and are not yet availible on the website. I will send DM with more info.
