Not really what we would call "over-the-air"...

Thought it sounds like maybe they could send it OTA, but it wouldn't work correctly because items like the two speed transmission need to be calibrated... Gotta keep those dealers busy...

the article also states 'free to anyone who purchased before September 2020' - so maybe not free for more recent owners?
