Also offered is Plaid's stock size CCB conversion upgrade (fits under OE calipers front and rear)

Same conversion upgrade are offered for those super muscle cars: Hellcat, Mustang GT350/GT550, Nissan GT-R, Corvette ZR1/Camaro Z28 (upgrade from OE), Camaro G6 ZL1/1L1 in addition to the sports cars like; Viper, Ferrari F458, Mercedes C/E, GT series, BMW M3/M4 & M5/6, Porsche 991, 99 & 997, Jeep Trackhawk etc.- Just about any makes/models car owners that demand for a better brake than conventional irons.

See our complete CCB offer:

That would be a 390x32/390x28 bundle kit by itself, or the option may get too much/confusing. The purpose of this front only CCB kit is to make it so budget friendly that that any Plaid owner can just purchase the "default" kit w/o adding any option, and experience the benefit of such a "huge unsprung" weight reduction. The experience has been amazing.
Also be aware the C7 Rear rotor is 390x32mm so it's OK to fit Plaid front calipers, but not the rear floating caliper which limits the rotor thickness to 28mm thickness, and RB's 390x28mm discs must be used.

Anyone interested in this prospective bundle kit can express here.

Thank you.

Well done!

This 390/390 CCB BBK for Plaid is very similar to this popular upgrade kit we offer for Nissan GT-R (Stock is 380x34/390x33 front and 380x30 rear):

Except the rear where GT-R has a 4 pot caliper (w/drum brake), so we can use the same rotor (390x32) for ALL 4 corners. But Plaid rear is limited to retaining the use of OE 1 pot floating caliper, so it can only use 390x28 rotors which many kits were sold and shipped to Tesla std. S & M3 owners with very satisfactory result.

Best budget CCM brake kit?

Please prepare a proposal for a 390/390 CCB kit.

What's your wheel size (or plan to have) for tracking?.
Plaid comes standard 19" with 21" option.

Just test fitted 420mm BBK and it comfortably fits under 21" but will not be for "OE" 19", although some aftermarket 19" may.

Wouldn't it be preferable to use 19" than 21" for tracking?

To avoid confusion the rotor material upgrade on ZR1 kit was removed, so this kit remains as an economy kit. A new option is added for someone handy and would like to source the discs and assemble themselves:

And this TES-CRK-02 combo kit with 390x2/390x28 is the premium kit (No downgrade option), to assure customer the best CCB experience with all 4 discs made with the newest CCB brake technology (G4 material)

What's the difference between the front rotors in this kit vs. the economy kit using Corvette C7 ZR1 discs (2R47-Z)?

In Material - Continuous fibers vs. chopped fibers (Better strength and durability)

In Cooling Vanes - Angle (directional) vs. Straight (Better cooling efficiency)

In Finish - Fully machined vs. as casted (Better look and balanced)

How about a 20 inch wheel? Maybe specifically a custom offset made Forgeline CF201?

The barrel clearance is ~14mm on factory 21", so we are pretty certain the kit can effectively clear 20" wheel.
Plenty of offset (spoke) clearance - Need no special/custom made to fit the kit.

A member used the wheel fitment template to test fit Signature "SV104" 19" rim and confirm the kit can clear the 19" - Just need to watch out the weight balancer placement.

Wheel fitment template: 2R44-K
