Was given a loaner!

AND, while I was waiting on the paperwork, the service advisor paused to answer the phone!!!

I’ve never not had a loaner (and always brought to me) but I might have been one of the last guys on the full 8 year warranty, service, ranger plan. I’m gonna miss that.

I appreciate your positive experience but in all honesty we much prefer to hear how terrible it was maybe you could say the service advisor answered the phone with a smirk on his menacing face.
