While dropping my car off for service at the San Rafael location I walked around and found three roadsters which certainly seem lost.
They all have a lot of dirt on them.
Vins are 75 (in back, no roof), 718 (getaround), and 1218 (white)

I got closer to the 75.

#718 back in 2012 could be rented for $50/hr or $500/day

#75 is missing its Sig 100 plaque. How did the seats and rest of the interior look being exposed to the elements like that?

Picked up my car from the SC today. Took more photos. Confirm it's 1218 in silver.
The Rep confirmed that 75 is Tesla's for parts.
Here's 1218, it was really hard to see inside.

The rest are 75. Several people wanted more photos so... I just have to say I felt a little emotional about taking photos. It just does not seem quite ok.

Same @TEG. That's so hard to look at but thanks for sharing @jaanton 😞

What's disconcerting is that if they're supposed to use these donors to harvest parts from, why would any of us approve the use of them; particularly the interior parts on #75 that the elements have clearly compromised? More importantly, again... THAT'S A SIGNATURE 100 so it doesn't deserve this fate. Honestly, none of them do. Colossal fail Tesla... SMH.

Definitely difficult to see Sig 75 like that. I’m happy to share that Signature 72 is living a very pampered life. lots of time in a garage, plugged in, under Tesla’s car cover, but looking fresh as ever when I bring it out. Photos are from summer 2021

Does anyone know which VINs were lost in the most recent fire at Gruber?

Pete said he’d reached out to all those whose cars had burned, as well as those with cars onsite; don’t know if he’s reached out to PEM owners or those with other components on-site - I’m assuming each burnt-up PEMs will be a bricked roadster eventually.

So far I’ve seen the following -

Destroyed:
265 (via owner’s Facebook)
516 (via owner’s Twitter)
540 (via owner’s Facebook)
1216 (via owner’s Facebook)

Were on-site; status unknown
227 (via owner’s Twitter)
423
1196 (via owner on TMC)

Off-site / Survived:
100 (via owner’s Facebook)

Other:
Three Megapole boards (via Medlock’s FB)

Destroyed in 2017 fire (via TEG, first page of this thread):
715
948
1153
1181
1274
1328

I have Roadster #633 and was poking around this site to learn more about the Gruber fire and then I see these pictures of trashed Roadsters and it makes me ill. I guess I mentally blocked out the fact that several Roadsters are going to perish - it's just math, but posting pictures is like watching endless Nightmare on Elm Street sequels. It just gets worse and worse. Is there a resource with a count of how many Roadsters have been destroyed? There were so few to start with!!!
