There will be event 8/7 in Norway at Alnabru, where they deliver the first 18 or so Model S to customers.Other than that, dont think there are eny event/announcement planned??
Well, Tesla is shipping a bunch of stuff to Europe so I suspect it will be to announce the availability of those very same options to US customers.
Tesla releasing a side profile picture of the Gen III as a response to that BMW thingamajig?
They are a week from releasing earnings. There will be no Tesla announcement (outside of stuff like "opening another supercharger location").
Dude jefflieb has one post... Here's what I think: he's trying to make a buck in the markets and wants to test if a post like that on TMC will influence the TSLA ticker.
I saw that Bill Lee tweeted this past weekend "I love it when founders win - some big news coming ths week!" But have no idea if he was talking about Tesla or not
The EIP Agreement With Toyota and Daimler runs out the day before, which means tmrw. Guess it might be that.
Do you have a link btw?
Where did you hear talk about an 8/1 announcement?
I'd like to hear about parking sensors or maybe a software release that includes WiFi HotSpot.
Some European option prices will go up, e.g., air suspension by 800€. Source: Someone who posted on the German TFF forums that he reserved and finalized today and thus escaped the price increase.
Yeah, I'm pretty skeptical without at least a source for a rumor.
Seriously, without a source for the rumor I feel like I'm being strung along.
At least share where you heard the rumor.
Don't you guys get it: A new user posts his first post thus creating a rumor. The thread already has 15 posts. LOL.
Chumming the water.

Where I come from the story is usually how an old woman cooks the best soup from just a nail, but same concept right?
I think after the excitement of the 5 part trilogy, we're all suffering from rumor withdrawal syndrome, and will look at any straw that comes along...
OK I'll bite.... what, is an EIP agreement. How is it that both Toyota and Daimler have the agreement and expiring on the same day?
