third trip to TSC for same issue

i have a 16 Model X P90D. My car has been in for service on 3 different visits and i keep getting the same problems.
Automatic Emergency braking is disabled,Parking Brake Fault..(see pics.)
My TSC has replaced RH rear hub, RH rear speed sensor.
2nd visit found metal debris on wheel hub tone ring, they cleaned it... drove car home and issues returned again.
now pending another visit. anybody had this issue if so what was the conclusion...
