It's nice to see Teslas excel at something other than drag times, but I'd be more excited if Tesla started to install superchargers at popular tracks. Even if you're lucky enough to be able to charge at 10kw between sessions, it's still not enough to maintain the charge level over a full day of sessions, and that's with a M3P. There's really no place to flog a MS other than the street.

Laguna Seca would be especially enticing for Tesla/EV owners as they have a noise ordinance.
