Thought I'd start a RN116X thread (group).

It was that same way when I ordered in early February. Every MSLR configuration had an EDD of June-July except for MSLR white with black interior and the 19 in wheels. It’s EDD was a few months longer. Made no sense. That was one of the reasons I opted for the 21 in wheels hoping I’d get it sooner.

My EDD now shows Sept-Oct. I ordered in February. Interestingly, Tesla’s website shows July-October as EDD for the same spec MSLR if I were to order today.

Tesla basically wants you to add at least one high-margin option, whether it be the paint, wheels, or interior.

EDD at the time of the order was 4-8 weeks.
Already on week number 9 and no vin.

Since I am in Puerto Rico, we don't get an ET from the App.
Lets see how it goes....
A Friend ordered a Plaid on Dec 31, received a vin on Jan 24 and took delivery on March 17.
EDD at the time of the order was 4-8 weeks.
Already on week number 9 and no vin.

Well, the drunken monkey has struck again... was getting too close to my EDD window so he pushed me out to May 22 - June 26. I'm really starting to hate this monkey!

I started tracking more details on the EDD movement (with a few close estimates for some historical data).
Two biggest insights:
- My EDD is now further away from today than it was from the day I ordered the car
- EDD is also twice as wide of a date range as the initial one

Thought I would check in here and try this signature thing you all are talking about.
My experience so far is "normal" - moving EDDs when you get close or in the window. I see a lot of theories on who gets deliveries first but have not seen talk of priority for previous owners, like they did with the Model 3. Does the monkey give any credit for loyalty?

Seems quite possible. At least compared to me, you ordered 10 days before and your delivery window appears to be 4 months before mine...
Adding another datapoint for a more recent order.
I did get a call from my ‘loyalty advisor’ prior to ordering and he wanted my RN so he could track it - don’t know if it will help at any point.

Red/White is a combo where keeping the chrome would've really made it shine.
I wish there was a chrome un-delete option.
Mine hasn't changed either since my order on 3/30. Details in the signature below. Would love to get it by Aug 31 or sooner!

AFAIK, they've only been honoring the old price while allowing you to make changes to your order on the 3/Y. Not sure if that'll carry over to the S/X or not, but I haven't seen anyone try.

Same with me. EDD has been steady for about 8 weeks. Ordered in November and probably have one of the earliest RN1160.
I ordered towards the end of November my edd has changed 3 times now - it’s “June”
