Three Month New Model Y need to Change a New Battery m

I bought a Model Y in later March. And In later June, my car shows battery warning message, and I scheduled a service, the Fremont Tesla service center guy tell me the high voltage battery has some fault issue need to be replaced. I hard to believe the main battery need to be replaced on a 3 month new car?! And my car sitting in the service center for 3 weeks and finally got battery replaced. However finally when I picked my car and drive back home, on the road, after I turn on AC, the noise come out and I can feel the AC vibration on my wheel! I totally astonished, why after a battery service the AC become a noise and shaking machine on my car?! This is unbelievable! I am so disappointed on the Tesla car service quality.
